ADA Collection ships using FedEx Ground anywhere in the USA. Flat rate charge of $19. If provided, we can ship with your shipping account ($19 will not be charged).
FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes.
Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing your order before it ships.
We offer worldwide shipping!
All Return requests must be approved before items can be sent back.
EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL AND FINAL SALE RETURNS.
All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.
If your final sale merchandise is returned it will not be refunded to your credit card.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us immediately.
If you received an item that is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly please contact Customer Support immediately. These items will result in a hassle free exchange or a FULL refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it.
